Suki Thompson is an entrepreneur and transformational business leader. She has founded businesses including; Bunker Gin, The Haystack Group, and award-winning marketing management consultancy, Oystercatchers.  Suki has been named Entrepreneur of the Year [advertising category] in the 2018 WinTRADE awards – which celebrate game-changing women across corporate structures and small businesses worldwide.

Today Suki is Executive Director, Xeim, which helps clients achieve excellence in marketing through insight, advice and connections via a newly launched platform which brings together Centaur’s marketing brands.

This is in addition to her role as Chair of Oystercatchers where Suki has led change in reshaping the marketing industry – pioneering new marketing model development bringing together traditional marketing, digital, tech and innovation for clients like Sainsbury’s, The Post Office, EY, BA and McDonald’s, among others. For two years running, Oystercatchers has been named a leading UK management consultancy by the Financial Times.

A passionate advocate of accelerating the next generation of industry leaders, Suki mentors for WACL and actively supports Martha Lane Fox’s Tech50 @doteveryone. She also lectures at the Government Forum: Making People Brilliant in the Digital Age, has twice been awarded a Merlin Mentor Award by the Marketing Academy, and leads the Centaur Development Board at Centaur Media.

Suki holds an Honorary Doctorate from Coventry University for services to International Business and Entrepreneurship. She is a member of WACL, MGGB, and former Chair of Marketing Society. She is an NED at Gateley Plc and Addidi Angel Investor for Small Businesses and previously she was a trustee of Macmillan and sat on the Steering Committee of the Women’s Equality Party.
