Is a clinical Psychologist and co-founder of My True North

After working for over 10 years with individuals in both the psychiatric and private setting she felt there was something missing within the mental health field. In 2009, she moved to London and discovered the 3 Principles , graduated from the One Thought Institute in 2012 and went on to work for One Thought as both a consultant and teacher.. In 2014, she  cofounded My True North.  Stacey is also senior facilitator at the Iheart Centre.  She is passionate about pointing people in the direction of their own mental health, wellbeing and resilience.
