Francesca is a qualified integrative counsellor, psychotherapeutic supervisor, executive coach and AAMET accredited EFT practitioner who spent 18 years working in high-pressured sales roles, understands the challenges of workplace mental health and the detrimental impact it can have on a business. Francesca will support and take the pressure away from HR, making sure everyone feels safe and secure through impartial and confidential services.
Francesca created Northstar Therapies to provide practical support for businesses who want to embrace wellbeing as part of their company culture, by implementing preventive measures through pre- and post-counselling assessment, coaching and the right therapy for those in need. Francesca provides a safe, trusted and motivating environment for employees to flourish and overcome mental health challenges.
