An intensive two-day training course aimed at Senior Account Manager/Junior Account Director/Account Director level focusing on enhancing both skills and confidence required as an Account Director in three key areas:

• Personal management and development

• Team management and development

• Client management and development

Level

Senior Account Manager/Junior Account Director/Account Director up to 12 months after promotion to Director

 Format

• Structured and interactive whole day training sessions with both individual and small group exercises and use of scenarios to practice skills learned

• Preparation task completed for each day of course in advance

• Skills audit completed by Client, Line Manager and Line Report before the course (part A) and one month after the course (part B)  in order to monitor progress and receive an MAAG Excellence in Account Direction Certificate
