Having come from a background of playing high-level competitive rugby, representing England at school boy level, London Irish and London Wasps academies, and Durham University where he studied Philosophy, James has always had a passion for health and fitness. James has his own online training programme which he set up at the beginning of this year called the ‘JM Movement’ in which hundreds of people are subscribed to.
