The MAAG L&D offer is available to all our members and other marketing professionals. Grounded in over 9 years of successful training interventions, the offer has been entirely revisited and developed in 2018.

Our PENP will provide you with a detailed report on your current culture, wellbeing and L&D landscape with recommended next steps to provide your people with everything they need to stay engaged and grow within your agency as well as keep you ahead of your competition.
An MAAG L&D and culture expert will come to your agency for a number of days to create the profile. We have developed our own bespoke activities that combine both traditional L&D methodologies such as training needs analysis, with those of marketing methodologies such customer research Service Design tools to create a comprehensive profile. This service engages your whole agency, from senior leadership to your new starters so is best booked at a time that access will be available.
