AvalynUnder the guidance of Avalyn Kasahara the talent division aims to engage, develop and inspire    agency people of all disciplines. We have developed a series of training programmes for all levels of agency talent from the Diploma in Integrated Marketing through to the Future Leaders Academy.

Excellence Training Courses

The excellence courses focus on career development and we have a course relevant for Senior Account Executives through to one for group Account Directors. Each Excellence course has a maximum of 8 delegates (where possible), in order to give sufficient time for trainer interaction and practical exercises.

A combination of seminars, on line questionnaires, a comprehensive reading list and a set brief will give candidates a thorough understanding of integrated marketing and the skills necessary to:
