Powwownow looks to appoint agency to advertising account

Powwownow, the UK's leading free conference call provider, is reviewing its £1 million B2B advertising account with a view to launching a campaign early next year.  The newly appointed agency will be responsible for delivering an overarching creative strategy supported by tactical campaigns consisting of and not limited to press, radio, outdoor, online display, DM, DE and social media advertising.


The initial stage of the selection process is being run by the Marketing Agencies Association's (MAA) Agency Selector with a maximum of ten agencies identified for consideration by the telecommunications company.  From that list a smaller group will be invited to the tender process.

 

Casey Williams, Marketing Manager at Powwownow said, "This is a new phase in Powwownow's development and we are looking for the right agency to take the brand forward. The search is on for a strong integrated agency excited about working with a challenger brand and willing to push boundaries to differentiate us from the competition, drive active participation and help us become the automatic brand of choice."

 

Powwownow was founded in 2004 and offers instant conference calling, available 24/7, with as many participants as required, wherever they are in the world. The service is free and callers only pay the cost of their own phone call, which is added to their standard telecoms bill.  It is Europe's fastest growing free conference call provider and operates in 15 countries including the UK, US and major European markets.
