How to book

 

Training

 

Complete an online booking form (there is a link on each course description page). If you require any further information feel free to contact Tracey-Ann Christian on 020 7535 3552 or email tracey-ann.christian@mcca.org.uk.

 

Terms and Conditions

 

If you should need to cancel your booking, please confirm this in writing no later than four weeks prior to the start date, and we will try and resell your place. Your notice of cancellation however does not guarantee exclusion from 100% liability of the charges incurred.

 

Due to the high demand on our free training sessions, places are limited to two per agency per course and to ensure even-handedness £50 will be charged for no-shows after booking.
