Boardroom Hire

Our Central London boardroom is available for hire, free to MAA member agencies, as a meeting room. Recently designed by renowned interiors specialist IYA Studio, the fresh, modern room provides seating and full AV facilities for up to 12 people.
 
Part of the MAA’s office near Portman Square, Bond Street and Marble Arch tube stations, the boardroom provides a stylish venue for meeting in London. There is a good local choice of restaurants, bars and cafes to supply catering.

About the meeting room

Our new office interior of our existing offices in Mayfair was commissioned to IYA studio.

IYA wanted to take the existing space and express its true self in a simple, elegant and inviting way. The idea was to create the feeling of a London town house by adding beautiful colours to each room and adding a mixture of styles to the interior furnishings and decoration.

An eclectic mix of styles give the desired look which make the whole interior feel warm, friendly and inviting, a home from home atmosphere. Each room has its own individual feel but all link together in a calm and coherent way.
A woven vinyl, herringbone patterned floor runs throughout whilst a mixture of newly brought and vintage furniture and decoration pieces from Spitalfield Antique Market form a unique look.

The space is divided into different zones which are practical and comfortable.The main meeting room is set up to accommodate small or larger groups. We wanted a space which is not just functional and pleasant but a space which made their clients and visitors feel at home and welcome.

About IYA Studio

20 years experience working in design and branding across a broad range of projects and brands. Key projects include the launch of Folk Clothing and Oliver Spencer e-commerce websites.

Fleur Paterson, Creative Director 3D

Interior and brand specialist with 18 years experience working on projects for Levi’s, Globetrotter Luggage, Talisker Whiskey and Folk Clothing.

Pat Cameron, Digital Director

Has worked with brands from Google to Oxfam, leading projects delivering ecommerce, video, campaigns and multi-platform.

Patrick is a BAFTA winner with expertise in the fashion, broadcast and music sectors.
