MCCA Agency MOT

Getting the most from your MAA membership


Increasing financial pressures and client demands often means agencies don't spend enough time looking internally. The MAA understand the industry but can give you an external perspective. The MAA MOT will help you identify areas of strengths and weaknesses and work with you to address key issues.


The MAA Agency MOT consists of:

 

Agency Value Report

  • Identifies value the agency has received from the MAA in last financial year
  • Plus identifies value of products and services not being utilised
  • Delivered in hard copy and electronic format

 

Agency Competency Wheel

  • Identify key area(s) for agency development
  • Criteria to be agreed with you
  • Wheel ideally to be completed by 3-4 of agency team
  • MAA work with you to discuss potential solutions
