The Marketing Communication Consultants Association (MAA) is a Professional Body representing marketing communications agencies in the UK. One of the services we offer to our members is to help them find talented graduates. Being a professional body the MAA wants to meet graduates who are the best and will be the best for the long term. Being an MAA graduate means that we will take an active part in your training by including you on one of the MAA's Excellence training courses after you start your job. If you are the best and want to work on one of the world's best brands then we want to hear from you.

The average salary starts at £18k, not a great start but bear in mind that it is one of the only sectors where the right people end up on the board before they are 30, many on 6 figure salaries - without having to please Sir Alan Sugar! Great people start up their own agency during their 30s and sell it for several £million a few years later. There are no rules.
