Who Should Attend
This is a course aimed at account team, strategists and planners in integrated marketing agencies who are not specialists in digital who would benefit from honing the client facing digital offer and how to present it.

The Trainer
Tiffany St. James - Tiffany is Head of Public Participation for the UK Government based in Cabinet Office and the Central Office of Information, the first role of this kind in the UK. She is responsible for ensuring the UK government makes measurable progress in how it engages with the public online in order to deliver better public services. In her 5 years at COI in the digital hub she has learned first-hand how to run effective integrated communications campaigns and apply emerging digital tools as well as apply industry and public sector best practice to digital campaign planning and execution.
