Terms and conditions

 

1) Places for each event are strictly limited and applications will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis.
2) If you should need to cancel your booking, please confirm this in writing to Tracey-Ann Christian no later than four calendar weeks prior to the start date, after this date 100% of charges will still be payable.
3) If the course is FREE please note - due to the popularity of free training, anyone who books onto this course and does not show up to the event without valid reason shall be invoiced £50 (+VAT).
4) All payments should be made within 30 days of invoice. Failure to do so will incur additional charges.
5) The MAA reserves the right to vary the content of the course, change the venues, amend the dates and change the tutors and speakers at any time and without prior notice.

SPARE A thought for those poor folk in ad land: The Marketing Agencies Association's annual pay survey shows clients have forced down agency fees by 18% over the last decade, to £105.68 an hour from £129.55 in 2002.
